Meatball Obsession was established to build the first national casual service meatball restaurant chain. To accomplish this, we set a long-term strategy that allowed MO to:

  1. Prove the concept in multiple channels (e.g., corporate stores, colleges, sports venues, malls, travel plazas, etc.)
  2. Develop partnerships with large contract management companies (e.g., Sodexo, Aramark, HMSHost) to support growth in various channels
  3. Build a profitable company that funds growth and returns profits to investors
